About Me

Welcome to Anton Commercial Real Estate. My name is Matt Anton and I am the sole proprietor of ACRE. I will do my best to help you and/or your company’s needs when it comes to commercial real estate.

I have nine years of experience in the commercial real estate industry where I worked alongside with major players in the Colorado Market. My focus as a commercial real estate broker is on investment sales, retail, industrial, and tenant representation and helping my clients find their ‘why’. I have personally leased and sold over 7,000,000 square feet of commercial real estate and represent clients such as Westside Investment Partners, AFC Urgent Care, UFC Gym, Uncle, Dos Santos, Blo Bar Hair Salon and many other high-profile operators as well as local mom and pop owners. My knowledge of the Colorado market combined with my dedication to providing top-notch service to my clients needs have allowed me to excel in commercial real estate.

I am a Colorado native and hold a bachelor’s degree from the University of Colorado at Boulder.
